Don Stizza & Associates is a long standing and respected Melbourne civil engineering consultancy. The success and growth of the company stems from repeat business of satisfied clients. The core activities of the company involve the provision of project management, civil engineering design and general consulting services in respect of land development together with the design and construction of roads, sewers, water mains, drains and water treatment facilities.

The company is seeking an experienced civil engineer to join the senior leadership team and contribute to the next phase of the company's growth. The role will include overseeing the technical quality of all engineering projects, further development of the company's certified quality system, mentoring of engineering staff and development of overall staff capability, along with high level consulting on key projects.

You will be an experienced professional civil engineer, with a strong background in civil infrastructure design associated with land development, have excellent communication and relationship skills, and be able to work positively with clients and other stakeholders.
