Located at Torquay, Victoria, the Shire’s office is situated at the start of the Great Ocean Road. With its magnificent beaches and rural hinterland the Shire offers a wonderful lifestyle, within 20 minutes of the major regional centre of Geelong and only a little more than an hour away from the Melbourne CBD.

Council is seeking a committed person to provide design and development of infrastructure projects and undertake engineering investigations relating to traffic management, road safety, drainage and other infrastructure issues. You will provide engineering evaluations of planning applications for subdivisions and private development as well as support to operations staff.

You will have:
• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in the municipal or civil engineering field of at least 2 years (preferred) but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Holder of current Drivers Licence
